McCormick’s Pub & Restaurant

Already a successful Irish pub, McCormick’s engaged JDD to expand and refresh their existing spaces. This included adding 2,500 square feet of fine dining to offer a less pub-like experience in a softer, quieter environment. The design of the fine dining area, more formal than the pub, is intended to reflect the sensibilities of a historic Irish manor house. JDD added fireplaces, furniture and art, and selected a palette of materials to achieve this goal. As a part of the project, JDD also refreshed the finishes of the existing pub and completely re-built the commercial kitchen and bathrooms.
