The Creative Company

North Mankato, MN

The Creative Company is a publishing company based in Southern Minnesota. The owner wanted to expand his operations into a new facility that reflected the company’s interest in the high-quality art and design of the children’s books they publish. The program involved creating a warehouse for order processing and an expandable office space for an energized and creative staff. The office and warehouse space began with a total of 14,000 square feet and was recently expanded to 20,500 square feet.
