Executive Leadership Center

Golden Valley, MN

This project plans for an executive training and conference addition atop the headquarters of a large national company. The design creates a series of dynamic spaces for small, medium, and large group meetings organized around internal “streets” and a central commons suitable for gatherings and presentations. Open and inviting, the plan encourages informal chance meetings and creates a sense of community among leadership teams and visitors alike. All spaces have ample glass and access to outdoor green roof terraces to maximize views of downtown Minneapolis.
