Northland Executive Office Center

Bloomington, MN

This project involved the renovation of all public spaces in this 460,000 square foot office complex. Constructed in 1983, the two-building office complex required both aesthetic and infrastructural upgrades to remain competitive in the marketplace. We worked closely with the building owner and leasing company in creating a design that achieved these goals, resulting in a near 90% occupancy rate after project completion and LEED Silver certification for the two buildings.
